International clients:
We ship worldwide. at this time only using USPS first class. Once shipped orders can take anywhere from 10 days to 2 months. Once your order has left the US there is unfortunately no way to track your package. Please use your most secure address. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns
At Meciènes, we take pride in the meticulous craftsmanship of each handmade piece, appreciating the unique details and inherent characteristics that make them one-of-a-kind. It's important to note that these characteristics, including imperfections and irregular finishes, are integral to the design and are not considered grounds for refunds. We kindly request that you consider this before making a purchase.
In the case of ring purchases, it's essential to know your ring size beforehand. If uncertain, any local jewelry store can assist you in sizing your finger. Our utmost priority is the satisfaction of each and every customer with their purchase.
In the event that your product arrives opened or damaged, Meciènes takes responsibility for the return shipping costs if the mistake is on our part. We will issue a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase to prevent any fraudulent activity. The refund will be processed once we have received and reviewed the returned product. Typically, the transaction takes between 3 and 5 working days, depending on your bank's policies.
It's important to understand that Meciènes cannot be held liable for defects resulting from improper use, neglect, or normal wear and tear. This includes aesthetic changes and damage due to aging.
